Legaci AI provides knowledge preservation services including expert interviews, AI agent development, and ongoing knowledge base maintenance.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for obtaining consent from experts being interviewed. Clients confirm they have the right to capture and use the knowledge provided in interview sessions.
Intellectual Property
Legaci AI retains ownership of its proprietary methodology, interview frameworks, and software systems. Clients retain ownership of their specific knowledge base content.

Knowledge agents are advisory tools and should not replace professional judgment. Legaci AI is not liable for decisions made based on agent responses.
Payment
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. Setup fees are due before work begins. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No long-term contracts. Your knowledge base content remains yours after cancellation.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
